Professional Insight
Q: In your new role, what will you be helping financial clients with day to day?
A: Practically anything they could need in the digital world! I’ll be working one-on-one with clients regarding new websites, improvements to current websites, marketing services to help their online presence, and IT services to keep things moving smoothly for them.
Q: What excites you most about this new role?
A: Fostering closer relationships and a more personalized approach as their website and digital services partner. My previous roles were often focused on responding to projects and requests, but this position allows me to take a more proactive approach in helping clients improve their digital presence.
Q: You’ve worked with clients in several different roles across Forbin and VGM. Can you walk us through your career journey and how it led you here?
A: I started in the Customer Care role during the heart of COVID with an English degree and an interest in helping people. I certainly wasn’t expecting to jump into the digital world, but I quickly fell in love with not just this business, but the people I got to work with every day.
After learning the ins and outs of the company, I challenged myself to lead projects from start to finish as a Process Lead, helping bring clients’ website visions to life. When the opportunity came to support financial institutions, it felt like a perfect fit.
Q: How do you hope clients feel after working with you?
A: I hope clients feel heard and understood based on their needs.
