We’re excited to welcome Paula Rohach, our newest Account Manager, to the forbinfi team. Although she’s only a few weeks in, Paula is already making an impact with her collaboration and client-first approach. Learn more about Paula both personally and professionally below! 

PROFESSIONAL INSIGHT

What is your role at forbinfi, and what does a typical day look like for you?

I’m an Account Manager and currently still learning all the functions and responsibilities that come with the role. Each day brings something new as I continue to get familiar with our processes, clients, and services.

What do you love most about your role so far, and what motivates you to excel each day?

What I’ve loved most so far is the team collaboration and the support from everyone. I’m learning about our clients and gaining a deeper understanding of the services they’re currently using with forbinfi so I can help identify additional opportunities that align with their overall goals.

PERSONAL TOUCH

Outside of work, what hobbies or activities do you enjoy?

I enjoy traveling, attending various fitness classes, gardening, wine pairings, exploring new restaurants and cultures, and thrift shopping.

Is there something unexpected or surprising people might not know about you?

I keep a tambourine in my vehicle that comes out when a great song comes on—safely played, of course! It’s also available for passenger use.

Do you have a quote or mantra that resonates with you?

“You are not your age; you are your energy.”

What’s your go-to productivity hack or stress relief method?

For productivity, I love time blocking similar tasks to stay focused and efficient. For stress relief, simple breathing techniques or quick fresh air nature walks do the trick.

FUN & FAVORITES

If you could have lunch with any historical figure or celebrity, who would it be and why?

Princess Diana. She was the epitome of beauty, grace, and class, with true compassion and humanity for everyone. She’ll always be remembered for her kindness and nurturing heart.

What’s your favorite piece of technology or software right now?

My iPhone and AirPods—plus my Keurig. Gotta have my coffee!

What’s your favorite hidden gem in Iowa?

Windy Goat Acres—a peaceful nature sanctuary offering day visits, overnight yurt stays, and special events and festivals. It’s incredibly serene and beautiful.
